I am usually a very patiant person but they pissed me off. I placed an order and paid extra for 2day shipping the order was placed on 4/21/2010. I checked today and it was still not shipped now they tell me i won't get it till 4/28/2010. I called there customer service to find out what the problem was and was given the runaround so i told them to cancel the order they said no that it was sitting on the dock ready to ship.So now i have to wait till the package gets here then refuse it and wait for them to refund my money. That sucks so i'm asking all DAMN riders to not buy from them.There customer service sucks.
Go on Facebook and bad mouth them. That's what I did. had pretty much the same deal as you. Then kath tempted fate with a helmet... Over a month, no call, no emails, no response when we asked multiple times WTF? Canceled the order. Will never buy from them again.
make sure you file the claim of refusal with your credit card co. as they can be a very useful tool in this regard....I had one problem of a similar nature with CycleGear.com and I used my credit card company to handle the cancellation after getting the run around.
Keep thine eye on the tach and thine ears on the engine lest thy whirlybits seek communion with the sun.
