I have an older TrailTech S-8300 stator and rectifier that came with my 450 when I bought it. So since I was installing a HT Racing oil cooler (which included the stator cover) I decided to install the stator.
The instructions were difficult to follow as my bike's wiring was different from what was shown in the instructions - so I called their tech support line. Great guys and a few minutes into the discussion he offers to send me, at no charge, a new rectifier and DC conversion kit for that stator and my bike!
NO CHARGE! Is that good customer service or what!

On the one occasion I've had to call Trail Tech, they did right by me.
They absolutely understand that if you just spent $125 on a dashboard, them comping you a $3 adapter won't break the bank and will make you customers for life. IMHO, *every* business needs to use this as an example.
