KTM Odometer Relocation

Post by Rut Row »

Since I couldn't ride, I took the afternoon to relocate the odo on my KTM. Since I mounted the Scotts damper, the odo was too low and hard to reach. I drilled holes in the front of the Scotts lower and moved the whole odo bracket up there. Now it is perfectly level with the top of the bar and easy to reach. I had some left over metric bolts in the bin so this mod cost nuttin'!

Big plus is the X2 headlight wasn't mounting flush due to the odo bracket pushing it away - the X2 sets nice and flush now.

the lower set of bolts is where it was. The upper set of bolts is the new location.

I'm convinced it saved my bacon at least a dozen times at the Sandblast
