Yes it is, it's the temp site while they build the perm. site which I think is under construction now. That was to grab the PA ADV tag if I remember right.

We've been by the place 3 or 4 times since. All these years after "Let's Roll!" they've gotten nowhere with this. The little privately funded 9-11 chapel down the road didn't waste any time. Have you seen their beautiful granite monuments, where the sky and cliuds reflect in the dark polish around the engraved faces? Neat place.
