He is a rider and the food and booze is kick ass for a decent price.

just opened a few months ago with a new owner Doug, he was the head guy for Libatories, he is one hell of a chef. the mussels, capt crunch chicken, or crab imperial or steak are killer, I havent had a bad meal yet, tell him Joe sent you.

DOH!

its just outside the beltway at 8027 Belair Rd. its the downstairs part but he makes the food for the bar as well.
