Bank lobbies closed. AAA's closed. No matter, I found a notary and he said he could not even notarize our signatures per Penndot.
You don't understand what this dipshit nazi governor has done to this state.

I sold my ktm to a fellow about a week ago. Hes from PA and I went to my bank (in MD) and they notarized. Capital One. I called ahead of time to make sure the lobby was open. Not all of their branch's lobbies are.
I too need to go to the MVA and get 3 titles and some tags transferred. For now I'm running the old plates on the new bike. They look virtually identical anyway;)

Find a mobile notary from out of state or travel there and get it done?
I just had a bill of sale notarized on Sunday by the seller's friend while at the seller's house picking up the truck. Was quite convenient. The DMV being closed so that I can't title it is less so.
