2017 Gaerne GX-1 size 12, brand new in box $175

I paid $190, selling brand new in the box only worn in the house for 5 minutes for $175.

These are nice but run big. I wear a size 12 shoe but in these my feet had room to slide around a little. Brand spanking new, just arrived yesterday. To return them, I will have to eat a 10% restocking fee and pay to ship them back to the store plus have to wait for the site credit to be applied so I can order new boots, so if anyone wants them so I can hasten this process I'll have them with me at Granville's on Saturday or we can meet up somewhere in the central Maryland area.

If nobody speaks up (and preferably get them from me this weekend), I'll go through the RMA process on Monday.
