99 wr 250 with 02 wr 360 parts bike

I have a 99 250 that I`ve been building for awhile. I striped the bike to the frame and painted it plus all new bushings and bearings. Also had the top end done.
The bike comes with an 02 wr 360 parts bike.( no Wheels)
I have the 99 set up with all the 02 plastic and big tank. I was going to build it so I could swap between the two motors. I have all the parts for the 99. so you could almost build two bike out of them again. I also have a street title to the 99 frame( no title for the 02 360 frame). I propley shouldn`t sell this but, I just don`t have the love for single track riding right now. The bike needs a few things to finish. but not much. At this point I`m not parting out or shipping. I just don`t have time for that. I can go over all the small details with someone that wants to buy it. Looking for 1700 obo, located in Maryland.
