KLR 650 FS

Post by KLRThumper »

I am going to sell my 2007 KLR 650. I am not getting much riding time lately and is time to let it go.
The bike is in excellent condition. It doesn't need anything. New battery and good tires (road).
I am the original owner. 23,104 miles. $3300.
This bike has lowering links to lower it by 2 inches. Comes with original links.
Email me for details. potterrr@comcast.net

Guess I will have to change my name to Storm or Strom or something like that in honor of the VSTROM. Did you notice the temperature gauge on the KLR? That comes from the ThermoBob temperature regulator. It is a great addition to the KLR. Keeps the temperature in a more narrow range compared to the stock system.

I still haven't brought myself to spend that kind of money on a ThermoBob. Surely it works well and has research to back it, but how many millions of KLRs are running around without it and not dead on the side of the road/trail?
