cheap 'tard, tons o' character

Link to a really cool SM race bike I saw. I know nobody is probably shopping for a cheap, track only SM at this point, but this bike has too much character (and 67 hp! :-o ) to not post it up!

I imagine this thing would be silly fun around Summit's Shenadoah and Jefferson tracks.
If you could get it at $1800-$2000, that would be as cheap as a wheels and brakes conversion for an existing bike.
