THe 950 has seen some love this winter. :brows: She's heading to Tierra del Fuego and the Chile-Argentinian 'Dakar' next winter. :bandit:

Heck yeah, parts in the mail rock.

Apparently, RRob & I have parts needs that were separated at birth. I also bought front sprockets and a shift lever, and have been giving new lighting some serious thought.

I'm wanting to completely do the suspension, but I'll probably do, at a minimum, the right springs for my seemingly ever-increasing weight. I'm currently trying to convince myself that I really DON'T need the Scotts steering damper with the new triple that works with the sub-mount.

I finally got new springs for the DR, was nice on the road, but REALLY nice at Greenridge last week. You can finally get both wheels off the ground w/out almost bottoming suspension on the landing.

I've heard they're great for headshake. And smoothing out the rough stuff. Definately cheaper than a crash. All the pros use them. Some say they're the best thing ever.

I'm not helping, am I?

No, Rob, you're not helping.

Nubby, just paint me PUSSY PINK :lol8:

I'll be on 17" wheels and knobs, which is probably a recipe for disaster unto itself. Factor in that I haven't been dirt riding in oh, about a long fucking time, I'll solve the experience problem by throwing parts at it. :ugeek:

For the price of one of those fancy steering dampers, you can buy a set of real dirt wheels for it! :brows:
