My super secret friend "The Fabricator" says he can fix it stronger than new with his tig. I said great, that's just what I need. Then he said I have to pull the engine and bring him just the frame.

I really like the work my buddy did with the weld job. He opened the crack up to get fresh pair of welds on both sides. Then he ground the welds flat and covered it with a another plate of steel. I painted the frame, replaced the swingarm bearings, swingarm axel and freshened up a lot of other stuff. I Plan to take it in the dirt tomorrow and see if the handful of extra nuts and bolts that were leftover make a difference.
