Ok so my 250 clutch is getting noisy at about 150 hours...
Seems that I am supposed to inspect them & replace if necessary every 30 hours. Who knew?

Anyway I'll fix that stinkin KTM clutch...

Wait, I still need new dampers
Well Skinny-J & Wingfixer have been telling me for years this will make me a better rider. I'll show em... :killingme:

Very nice, with the way my hand is I wouldn't be able to ride off road without an autoclutch. I see this is an EXP 3.0. Did you consider the newer style rekluse? I bought the one for my beta before they came out with the newer one.

It is the latest "Core EXP 3.0" which means in Rekluse lingo; Core = basket, & steels. Also has adjustable slave cylinder. Clutch feel at the lever is unchanged from stock. The radius cx is the only one above which adds the friction disk that I can upgrade to if/when mine wear out.

Right, the radius stuff is what's new. I've got the same core exp 3 setup in the beta. I had the exp 2 in the kx250, which was just comprised of the exp disk and some heavy springs (cable clutch). I preferred that to the core setup as it was a lot cheaper and I rarely use the clutch lever. The radius seems to be going back to the simpler setup as an option.

Yep but once I decide to spend the bucks I tend to want the best :screwy:

With this I'm only a set of friction disk away from the Radius CX.

I chose this over the basic Radius X because of the stock lever feel. My 250 needs some clutch & revs to wheelie over the bigger logs. I'll have to ask Skinny-J about going over 4' logs with a Rekluse. :hi5:

It's easy in theory - just open the throttle and close your eyes :killingme:
