Sweet. I'm sure there is another list of parts I can come up with by the 15th :lol2:

Bike is mostly back together. I decided to ditch the factory wiring harness with all that unnecessary junk like turn signals and the horn :lol2: I will make a much more simple harness for just the lights/e-start. I did the 'float the ground' mod to the stator already and have a Trail Tech reg/rec to go in to give me straight 12v DC output and eliminates the diodes/capacitor crap.

Stuck a new piston kit in it because why not. Also tore down the forks since I was already in there changing springs.

For the curious, this is what is inside a closed chamber Sachs fork. Pretty similar to the KYB and Showa guts actually. Stupid 7mm ID shims are a bummer. I'll put some miles on them stock and see how they feel. Worst case my Husky KYB forks are DAMN near bolt on :deal:

So wiring harness, tires/mousses, and some fluids is about it. Hope to get a few miles on it somewhere on Saturday.

Last thing I had to do to the bike was new tires + mousses. I went to let the air out of the old tires and oh hey, no valve stems, which means there are mousses in there already. Score!

Soooo, this is what happens when you don't lube a mousse.

I just changed the rear tire with a nitro mousse on my Husky which had 4 hare scrambles and 2 enduros on it. Still had some lube in there although it probably would have needed it before another enduro. Which worked out because I changed it the day before the national enduro :lol2:
