I'm close to DC and hate working on my bike or anything for that matter when its cold, below 45 or raining.

No garage too? Or what's the issue with rain?

Not too bad, Gaithersburg is only 35min now at night :)
Don't need anything, really, but good to know there is/will be a place in case

No garage, Ive been thinking of building a workshop out back but I also like the idea of having a community type garage.
