Dave Coleman (Bill's brother) ran the parts part of Coleman Bros. Bill has always been the man behind the scenes. My father and Bill Coleman were friends back in the day so I spent a few Saturday afternoons hanging out at Coleman's. Not to mention Boutwell's in Cockeysville. And more than a few other motorcycle shops. Can't remember a time when there wasn't a motorcycle around the house either.

Sent you a PM with Louis's mobile number. He is near Waynesboro, PA. He is an amazing machinist and welder, and is also a member of GMER.

Louis Tweed? I've used him too - does indeed do good work.

Man that was a great place. I spent many my days in my youth there.
Wow, small world. Did you know a counter-guy named Tom Lenhoff? That's my buddy...
I grew up 10 minutes from the speed shop. I do not remember Tom, I do remember Dave Coleman. I got many a strange part from them. U joints that fit two different size yokes, rear axle bearings for wore out axle housings, they always had solutions to strange problems. Man I miss that place.

Sorry for the thread high jack.

Suggest buying one of these puppies and then take it to Kyler for machining. Will save time and money and you'll have a press to loan us when you're done! :killingme:
