I have been running a tubliss for about a year with a trials tire in the rear of my KTM 200 xc-w. No issues. It allows you to run a really low tire pressure (under 10lbs) , but the side walls of the tire still stand up really well. I think as mentioned above, installation of the sealing tape and lubricating the inner tire at installation is key. Also, starting with a new tire really helps becaused used tires have the rim lock indent at the bead which is right where the Tubliss inner tube needs to seat really well to create an airtite seal.
