DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

I had a great time Friday. Thanks to Dan for leading me on that one last ride before I headed out. Sorry I missed all the boating, looks like a lot of fun except for the changing the oil (what 5 times?) part. One of these days I am going to post for the Saturday activities, looks like a blast. Good seeing guys.

Unfortunately I'v had to miss a lot of riding this year due to mechanical/ family/ yada, yada.... issues. I went kayaking Sat, which was great, but I have a question. Why did these two spend more time in the water than me and what the heck were they doing?

thanks to everyone who helped out on the ride and those who dared to do the illegal rides with me made for some great pics over tunnel and power hill . 3rd river crossing did me in after full submerge found out the intake had come loose from carb sand and mud all through the engine no compession , broke rings tore down this morning not good needs top end and probably bearrings in bottom anyone need about a shot glass of sand for keepsake. dawn has fantastic videos of river crossings and lots of pictures will post soon. just bummmmmed about my bike major loss. and my atv is in shop with 3500 $ in damage may be a while before i can ride well at least i have my race bike for dirt. but was fun before the crossings live and learn. thanks jay and ken for great ride and over all good DAMN fun signed GOLDEN SNORKEL TROPHY #2 winner

Karen and I had a great time - some great FF's in this group. She's looking forward to riding at the next one. Any chance at a follow-up this fall?

Total damage sustained:

• 1 cut-out window

• 1 cut thumb + thumbnail (WTF that knife is sharp )

• 2 pounds of doggie ingested gravel and grass recycled at 1am

• 1 air filter (need to invest in a prefilter)

I had a great time again It was really good seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones I got some good vid of the ORV loop I will get posted
