Need help making new single track trail near Belcamp

Post by darrell » Wed Jul 01, 2009 2:51 pm

Last week me and my son started cutting new trail near Rte 7 and Rte 543. There a small patch off woods that backs up to I-95 about a 1/2 mile from Rudy Tuesday. If any one would be interested in helping please give a call at 410-278-8916 or my cell 410-688-2396 Darrell.

Didn’t see any no trespassing signs, and there are some old quad trails, and a hunting stand in the area, I think if we ride respectful, we should be ok, with I-95 right next to the area sound shouldn’t be a problem.

Maybe it's "setback" for the highways and that makes it public, right? :brows:

I hate bring the bad news but....
' found out that when trying to have fun outdoors,
like target shooting(aka can-killlin') or dirt bike activities, what once
was a great place to go is no longer!

You are trespassing if you are not with the property owner
OR have written permission WITH you.

Trespassing signs or blue paint on trees just makes it worse
if caught. misdemener-trespassing violation.

Some states allow confisication!! I believe.

I am pretty sure we have rode this before if you go far enough in you pick up a trail that goes over a hill to left and opens up into alot of trail but there was alot of trees down last time we rode there about 1 1/2 years ago and there are no trespassing signs on other end of trail by the road so watch out yes they do impound your bike in harford county. and yes i ride ---legal alot :screwy: and have been chassed and it would be bad for me since i manage the state of MD contract for there auto parts and supplies with AUTO ZONE. :deal: i have friends in the state  but it only takes one angry cop  :hitsthefan: with a mission to ruin your day !!! :wallbash: so its better to find a trail ride it :whoop: :roost: :rickey: and not stick around too long :amazon: :peep: :eyes: :target: and ride it again later  :knary:

DARREL let me know when you are going back up to 543/7 so i can take a look and ask and see who own it or if it is 95 barrier property riding the trail once in a while maybe ok but watch out if someone stops and asks what you are doing.
