Spearhead Trails

I just saw a 5 minute video for Spearhead Trails in Va. on Motortrend. Same concept as H&M. 5 different Trails systems. You can ride in and around town on your ATV/Dirtbike and then go up and ride the trails. 60 bucks for a year pass. Might be a good place to do a DAMN ride sometime. Anybody ridden there?

I looked into it a few years ago. Yes, very similar to HM system. It didn't look like there was very much if any single track. Definitely catering to the quad/UTV crowd (not that I blame them).
Its about the same distance, maybe marginally closer than HM.
Maybe they have started adding some dirtbike trails since?

Yes, probably 10 atv/utvs for every dirtbike. Not to mention at least 1/2 (or more?) guys on dirtbikes would rather blast along quad trails in 3rd-4th gear than ride single track.
Not surprising why most places dont bother with the effort of building single track. Not really worth the return.
