Spot at Michaux available

Post by Firebolter »

I got the below email this morning, so it is available as of 1120am.

------------------------

Hey everyone,

So I’m not going to be able to make the Michaux this Sunday. If anyone would like to use my registration please let me know. Michaux allows transfers of the registration. I registered for the dual sport ride ($50), a primitive tent site for Saturday night ($10), and an XL t-shirt ($10) so the total would be $70. Please let me know if anyone is interested in riding!

Thanks

D'oh! I didn't have a spot, so I am now doing a miniGP (racing XR100s on pavement) 4hr endurance that day.

Have fun!

The specific event is this https://www.dmvminigp.com/schedule/view/446 which is at BWI karting raceway (a repurposed parking lot from what I can tell; I haven't been there, yet) but there are also events at a purpose-built track called Sandy Hook here -- https://www.sandyhookspeedway.com/mini-moto.html

I've done a private track day at Sandy Hook and it was omg fun. I'm looking forward to now doing it in a competitive environment.
