Here Wes is badly wishing we were already at the end of the trail.

Sonny has absolutely been practicing his static balance. I was pretty impressed.

We put down a nice kicker to give Sonny a little confidence and he nailed it.
You can see in Wes's video how Sonny makes it w/out kickers as well!

I crossed the creek later in the day and tried to make one of my tougher trails but another steep icy covered hill climb defeated me...
Hopefully next time all the ice will be gone.

I mentioned to Sonny and Phil that this was the most enjoyable butt whoopin' I've had in a long time. I can't wait to start working on my skills and do it again.

Awesome job on capturing us Phil thanks again as always. It was a good experience trying to find traction. Wished I had caught that on video when you were climbing that frozen snow hill across the creek. Wes and I was just staring in awe, and a big AWE when you were just 30 or so yards from cresting it. Awesome attempt regardless

Snow and ice are great for practicing the art of finding traction.

I've been dealing with it for about 3 months now. The chiropractor helps, but the back of my right leg still goes numb on occasion. If you get an inversion table, it will probably help. My chiropractor has me on a machine that pulls my back with about 105# of weight and even he said that an inversion table would help me out in between sessions. He did recommend getting the Teeter brand over all others, though.

I'm seeing a chiro and getting massages. After 2 weeks of prednisone and flexeril. Mine doesn't originate in the lumbar area. But in my hip/butt. Yeah sucks.
