12/12 Emmitsburg Dirtride

Always annoying to see how the pics seem to "flatten out" terrain. This is a decent downhill section.
Stephen is a good rider as always.




Sonny's rode his new Beta really well. Too bad I missed his stunt where he looped it going up a steep hill

Kevin did a great job on his Beta390. We challenged him and he did everything!

Crossing the creek. Guys all did great, nobody tried to earn any sort of PolarBear Plunge award

At this point Bruce had a flat tire and he volunteered to drive the UTV/side-by-side/"buggy"... Whatever you want to call the DAMN thing. We went to finish a section of trail. We had the chainsaw, tools, water, and stuff loaded into it. We should have brought a gas can too as Sonny ran himself out of gas while we were scouting out the trail.

Terrain on this side of the creek was tricky. Snow over leaves, with rocks under leaves. We all struggled a little.

This was a tough hillclimb. Let off at all and you would lose traction and be done.

Bruce marked parts of the new trail with this pink ribbon.
I had told Sonny look at the ribbon to help you know where to go. You can see him target fixate a little and not quite make this corner.



But we eventually go everyone up the hill and had managed to connect the two parts of the trail. Was a great day. I hope we can get many more this winter.

How does Bruce get a flat tire riding in leaves? You guys have been had....Bruce spotted a 4 wheeled couch and let the air out of his tire to have a reason to drive it...probably even had heated seats.

My cam was hanging up Phil but I snatched couple of frames out of it. I texted you a few videos clips need to point up camera or I need to look ahead a little bit more. Seeing that as an issue in your pics, stuff creep up quick lol
