Last year they let us park up top and had plenty of room but if dry they like to keep all the parking to the lower area and it becomes a full house. No one will get turned away, just makes for a nicer drive if rolling with someone else.
If you can score a buddy bike ride come have a go. Worst that can happen is have your ass handed to you by an 8 year old.. :killingme: Bruce you want to tag a spot in the van?
as long as the kid doesn't look at me and say "Just shut up and ride!"
then Im ok with that :lol2:
glad I caught this thread, really looking forward to it!
You need to reply back to Steve and accept offer for one of his Beta's. Modern bike so you have brakes and more friendly than some of our current rides. If the bug bites you may even want to take along home with you.
That DAMN bug bite me again today....club member had a 242 Fantic that would do a good job keeping my 301 company...so now (4) steam engine powered bikes with no brakes..whooo :screwy:

Just saw this...Thanks Mike, I'm gonna drive to this one. Just under 2 hours from my place.
I'd like to hook up with you other guys, what type of vehicle am I looking for? I'll be in black Tacoma and I plan of bring my Sherco.
I'd love to take my "vintage " Beta, but it kills my back.

Mike- I raised the bars a bit, do I need to drop the pegs (like you've been telling me)?

Sherco will be more comfy but you may win by default on the air cooled Beta. I plan to finish the year on the ole Yamaha

I definitely like the cool factor of your 80's Beta. Sorry to hear it kills your back

Caught the beta demo day at Roberts track and trail last minute sign up and finally saw one in real life lolImage
Got to ride the 200 two stroke, 300 two stroke and 400 4T. They had a 2 mile loop setup for riding. 200 was nice, the 300 I accidentally whisky throttled it and scared the shitImage out of me Image..
Absolutely flowed with the 300 four stroke. Im definitely hooked!
