For what it's worth, I ran your itinerary past a buddy who lives in between Flint and Detroit who rides a ton off-road. He said your trail choices were excellent and it is most of the best riding in the state. If you need any finer details or have questions, I can get the two of you in touch, SJ.

Can you post a link for that sd card?
https://www.vvmapping.com/orvtrail.html

They are good maps that show the trails as any other route-able road. I have been laying out each day's ride by building a route directly on the trails; pretty DAMN cool! I then plan to convert the route into a track and have both. There are lots of trails that cross and intersect and the maps will only be helpful if you spend some time with them and know where you actually want to go in advance. I will distribute my final file when we get close to departure. Therefore, if you want to save the $40, you will still have tracks to follow that you can over lay on whatever base map you already have in your Garmin.

Yup, those guys have a great selection. I got their west va maps too and they are really put together nice.
Lots of cool bikes---

Thursday 7/25 - Trailer home 740 miles

SJ
Is that a sure thing or it can change? I'd need to buy a plane tickets to Latvia on 26th. Can I be more or less sure I'll be home at least at 2pm that day? Or at least be able to hop off at the Dulles airport around 4pm? :lol2:
Gotta get home for nieces wedding, then back to USA for the last few days.
