I saw some open gates the other day when I was out there. I was wondering if it was "okay" or not to go down them. Or just on Sundays while there is no hunting.

As far as I know- open is open.
I've been riding them for years.

Yep, anytime I see an open gate in michaux I ride it! My dad used too say that sometimes it's easier too ask for forgiveness than for permission. I had a hunter yell at me one time and said some things, I just politely waved and tried really hard to keep off the throttle :roost:

I'll just never understand why some people feel like they are more entitled to public lands than others. If they want a place to hunt without interference, then buy some land and make it so. Otherwise, live and let live.

One reason not to "outlaw" when you are up there. I have seen cameras off and on for years. Usually high up in trees and I'm pretty sure there sendreal time pics to the Rangers.
