DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

We'll have to work on a link up plan.
The parking last year was crazy.
I'll tell you now, get there early.

I got off for this so that's the plan? The cube is ready to roll!

I'll be at the hotel. The parking lot was fairly large and pretty empty last year.

*Pre-registration closes on 11/24.

*Security will be on premises checking to make sure you registered.

*Lunch is only guaranteed to those that pre-register, however we will try to accommodate as many as our caterer can handle.

*There will be t-shirts and sweatshirts for sale, so bring cash!

*There will also be a few food trucks on site for those wanting something different.

*There will be a fun challenge course for dirt bikes and ATV's to compete on.
Possibly for Jeeps and SxS's as well.

*This is a rain, snow or shine event, so dress accordingly, no refunds available.

* We are limited to how many people can attend by our insurance, once we reach that number, you will unfortunately be turned away, so please pre-register!!!

*Don't forget to bring your new, unwrapped toys to donate!!! This is the single-most important part of the event!

I'm interested in splitting a room with someone if anyone is looking. The cube would be a pia with my trailer to get into the darkwater parking lot.

Jed and I are riding up after I get home from San Francisco, probably get up there around 2200.

Nobody snores!

But I'm thinking about some suffering, so will likely sleep in my Toyota as usually

There are some things we want you know ahead of time, so please take a minute a read through this email completely.

6:30 AM - Parking Area Opens
7:00 AM - Sign-In & Registration Opens
8:30 AM - Rider Meeting - ALL MUST ATTEND
9:00 AM - Go Ride!
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch Served
3:00 PM - Drawings & Giveaways
5:00 PM - We Are Required To Be Leaving The Area By This Time, Please Be Packed Up And Ready To Go

Some things to remember:
***PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR NEW, UNWRAPPED TOYS TO DONATE!
This is the most important part of this event, to provide a memorable Christmas for the local children in the community that allows us to ride and enjoy the land with open arms!

I should make it up there by 0730. I have Jed's # so we can link up, I think I have Nobody's # also. If WF is bringing the cube, that should be easy to find.

I'm pretty sure the cube isn't coming.
