I can look at the route and where you plan to start and try to help out. I know that coming back south is easy on US 15. Takes about half a day of slabbing. But there are nice back roads you could take without adding much, if any time.
So you plan to finish on Sunday?

We are working on a place to meet. If we are leaving Berkley Springs, id like to plan to use four days to reach the end of the MAbdr in Lawerenceville. Then Id make the trip back Monday. But if we reach the end by Saturday, Ill ride back Sunday; ive never done the northern part and dont know how much is off road which is slower and tiring. But im planning to use 5 days. Run 150 miles a day give or take.
I agree Rt 15 is a great drive! I have used it many times going to Watkins Glen.

I’ll be on the 350 so I’d like to avoid as much highway as possible.

I try to avoid interstates for sure. 522 is a straight shot to berkley springs, once we get on it.

Kind of. 522 runs into I-70 in PA as you're heading back south and you spend 10-15 miles on I-70 before you can get off of it in Hancock, MD and rejoin 522.

I typically run 522 up to Shade Mtn when I'm going up there. It'd fairly desolate, but a nice drive through the farms in the valleys.

I'm debating whether I should take the 450 or the Wee. I'd obviously have more creature comforts on the Wee and it's certainly capable, but I'd be a better rider on the 450 when the roads get nasty.
