"Jim, if you change your mind and want that plastic new or the kill switch, let me know, I can buy it and replace at your place. Still feel kinda bad about damaging a loaner bike :eyes:."

Janis, payment received.

I'm glad you only got a minor ding. Is your hand OK?

Jim

I have a lot of Tree of Heaven that needs to go. Perhaps Wingfixer can haul a load out.

Then the joy of not having my standard tool bag with me (hi MattMc!)...

Thank god for the OEM tools and my pocket knife

That had been my plan but I ran out of time. I'll bring a trailer load with me for the next one!

Yes, seems to be better than I expected. 2 days the thumb did hurt on every touch, but now I can start using it and it seems to improve fast.

Glad nobody was(nt) hurt.

Those can be some tricky trails. We have all had some incidents.

I'm glad I also have a video

I've hit a tree on a Hammer run, unfortunately no video about that as they don't allow cameras on the trails. Twice. One was pretty similar situation - when I started to brake, front wheel got lifted up by a bump and I ended up between two trees basically not braking at all. Only a slower speed it was that time. Accidents will happen. I only hope not to be injured heavily that I couldn't ride for some time. Otherwise it's all a good adventure thing

I never understood why any manufacturer ever made a dirt bike with no kicker…
