DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

A big thanks to Bruce for the camping location, fire, outhouse, gasoline, etc. at the DAMN secret camping spot.

This Michaux was a success. I enjoyed myself and I think everyone made it out no worse for the wear.

The quarter liter Beta do well? We will have to meet up for a Michaux backroad ride so we can swap for a ride.

I swapped Betas with Bruce for a lap around his secret camping location. As long as you plan ahead the lil beta does good work. Cool little bike!

I got a couple pictures of the camp but after hooking up with trialsrider on the second option there was no stopping for pictures, peeing, falling or any other nonsense! That dude doesn't stop!

it was a long day! the wet muddy rock made the DR a bit of a handful! Thanks to SJ and his wife for riding slow enough not to destroy my ego! It was really cool to see everyone!

SJ's bride is one fast rider - very smooth too. I couldn't keep up with her on the trail.

Had a great time, sore today for sure! Anyone worried about all this year's rain killing off the rock crop this year, no worries, they were healthy and plentiful! Nice gray weather most of the time then light rain towards the end with furious goggle wiping.
Bike damage tally - l. mirror (gone), roll chart cover (gone)
Mental tally - bad dream about slick black mud
Picture tally - none, like WF said relentless pace (of course, popping out of the trail last like me means everyone else is ready to GO haha)
I guess I could put up some stats:
94ish miles
1 turkey BBQ sandwich
2 Advil
1 parking lot lap on a Zero
1 bowl victory ice cream

Obviously, I need to ride more.

It was great seeing and riding with everyone.

I am going to miss this ride , it has always be one of my favorites.
