The weather forecast looks only partly crappy; cloudy in the morning with a 50% chance of showers in the afternoon.

I haven't heard much noise from anybody else but I have pretty much resolved that I was going up any way and if nobody else shows up, just poke around and explore a little. Even if I get wet I will still be on two wheels....

That area is getting quite a bit of rain, so who knows.

Of course it didn't rain...nothing but rain here for days
Rainy days really make me think about an enclosed trailer. It's not riding in the rain, it's loading up in the rain and not having a dry spot to rest/change, etc.
