Do you really think its the last one? I know this is the second or third time they have said this because the organizer wants to retire and nobody else will take it over. With it being the 30th, I am guessing he might mean it this time...
Sounds like they REALLY mean it based on the new email. What a shame. This was one of the first dual sports I ever did. Even back when all I had was the 650 and didn't know any better. I don't think I have missed any of them in the last 15 years. This last one will have to last a lifetime I guess....

That sounds awful...
I could probably be talked into it but I know I would have a LOT more fun on the 450. Besides the 450, only gets the call marginally more than the 650 any more either...
My hope is that by locking the 650 in the shed for years at a time and starving it, it will come out being all anorex and weighing a 100 lbs less...

So is this HARD on a DR650? Or are 650s underpowered? I have othe bike options is why I ask...
