Its a yearly pass that you have to mail in or go to the office in person. See the link on the first page...

Got it. Can't do that right now but being that it includes hunting that's a hell of a deal (if the riders haven't scared all the wildlife away) may have to do it next month.

My truck decided to puke its power steering fluid all over my parents driveway today. 
I did get the parts but I have to go to a meeting in Florida tomorrow. It depends on what time I can get home and how cooperative the fittings and lines are. I'll post an update here.
