Anybody else interested? Time keeping, closed course (no plates/lights needed)

It is the same weekend as a VCHSS race, but I think I'm finally going to commit to doing enduros over harescrambles. Slightly more expensive, but usually twice the ride time/mileage and a bit more laid back. Plus rest breaks :lol2:

I would definitely like to do more enduros. I know several people who do a lot of enduros & most say one of these ICO computers is a must to do well in timekeeping events. Others have said rollchart, odometer, & clock is all you need. I think the computer is the way to go but I don't know about shelling out the clams for something I prolly can't figure out how to use  Initially I think if the fastest guy on the line runs one everybody else would be fine.... you should get one :lol2:

Maybe if I can find a deal on a used one. I already have a roll chart holder/odometer, and I'm slowly learning how it all works :lol2:

You just HAD to say something :lol2:

I found one on ThumperTalk for $150 that was due for a battery replacement (so another $50 to ICO which seems like a lot, but I guess the internal battery is soldered in place). Seller is going to send it directly to ICO for that then they will send it to me. Should have it in time for this enduro.

The ebay one does have the Scotts billet protector which is $100 by itself.

Mine is in the mail to me from ICO, should have it Saturday or early next week.

Wish I could join you Joe but I am taking the family to the Millville air show over in NJ. You will have to carry the DAMN non-club banner without me on this one...
