MotoCove Thursday 3/9/17

We had a good ride today.
About the best weather/ride conditions I've had in a long time. It seems EVERY ride I've been on since Sept/Oct has been rainy or at least very wet from heavy rains the day before.

I met PiledUp for the first time. He is a very good rider, on a sweet looking 300 2T.

My buddy Adam is still improving w/ every ride. He only crashed 4-5 times which is a 200% improvement from last time. He also managed to do all the "alternate routes", where we did a few of the Jeep trail hillclimbs.
Ones that some DAMNriders had some difficulty w/ last time I was at the Cove. (though in all fairness traction was very good today)

I only pulled my phone/camera out once to shoot a few obligatory shots on a hill. The pics make it look pretty flat. But this was the hill that gave a few riders trouble last time.

Had a great time today fellas.. Awesome weather and conditions, and no blue loop!... Lol
Met a couple more great guys and hope to get out again with you two soon.. Bucho does a great job leading the charge and paving the way, and I'm pretty sure that if he hadn't told Adam just not to break his leg or anything, then Adam probably wouldn't have almost done it... Lol
Adam did an awesome job for only being on the bike a few times!... That bruise may be sore for a while but stick with it dude because I have buddies that have been out with me for almost a year now, and wouldn't have been able to do half of what you did.. You're cutting your teeth on some tough stuff brother. The other stuff will be easy after learning on places like this

I'm jealous. I spent the whole day in an empty house doing absolutely nothing, then I wrenched on my future dirt bike hauler a little bit in the afternoon. Looks like it was a great time there today.
