Going out the easy green trail to the left, where you enter the area with the springs that flow along the trail I have came across a rattler that went from side to side of the trail (6' wide at that point) and his head was already into the wooded area and Tail had not yet come into view so my guess was 8' long. Was just like jumping a 6" log across the trail. Now the guy following me might have encountered one big ass pissed off snake. They are very much protected so just let them move along and all is fine. The thought of a snake might be in the rocks hiding does wonders for helping you keep your feet on the pegs.
In all my years going there and hiking and doing trail work that big snake was the only one I have come across to date.

Sorry you had to ride by yourself nobody. Im glad you never got stuck in any of those deep mud holes, could have been a miserable experience.

Well, it could be an adventure also, it depends on how you look at it :). I'm sure if I couldn't get out by myself I would find a help :)
I once sat in a mud for 2 days trying to get my SUV out. After that I finally gave up and went for help :D. One of the best trips last year it was

since my videos don't make any money what I've seen is that youtube will send me a note saying that I must acknowledge the copyright. I do, and then nothing happens. if I don't, they pull the video.

I *have* used music that was "prohibited", and they pulled it. In that case, I hosted the file on my own.
