The dude with the tie runs every year, IIRC, in the 100 class. It's his 'trademark', he *always* wears khakis, a white shirt, a tie, and a 3/4 helmet. He also used to be, um, tall and skinny. 
There used to be a really fast kid who's 'trademark' was a cow suit. Not a roadracing leather suit, but a fabric cow suit like a Halloween costume.
