SORRY ALL for the confusion on getting payment in!!!! Thought I sent it with some other mail but just found it wedged in my car seat so it wasn't sent until recently. Been fighting it, but I will need to pull out to be on the safe side with the ankle. So that will free a spot .

I did break my ankle at a tricky spot with the tight left heading up a hill with wet roots. However, once I got my bike upright, I kept going, so I wasn't the one there waiting for a few laps. I knew I'd broken it, but at that point, I couldn't afford to acknowledge it since I had another mile or so. Denial, and adrenalin, got me to the end!

My first hare scramble was a trip...can't wait to do it again
