I can not authorize a use agreement to ride on Stafford Road or East Valley Road at this time. As you know, the former GRSF ORV Trail has recently been both a public and a political hot button. I had proposed that the former trail could be used by ORV riders under the use agreement model. However, this proposal has not been approved to date. I hope that some form of this model will be approved sometime in the future. However, I feel that allowing you to use the former trail at this time has too much potential to open up a new can of sour worms.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for your upcoming outing at GRSF. I will be happy to work with you to explore an alternative route for your event. I suspect that we have some unimproved roads that you are not yet familiar with that may serve your interests well.
