It is getting tougher and tougher to get supermoto track time these days. We have a small group who will be attending open practice at the BeaveRun Wilson Circuit Kart track on Friday May 11th. Practice will be from noon until dark. We will probably ride until 6. They may open a bit early for us, though it is all we can do to get there by noon with the travel involved.

Should be $25 for the day. You will never get cheaper or more plentiful track time, anywhere, ever, ever. :deal: BeaveRun is probably the best supermoto kart track in the US. It is tough to beat. For the better part of 10 years, we have been saying this is too good to be true, can't possibly last forever. Every year, we get a reprieve.

The weather is supposed to be ideal.

All you need is a set of wheels. Which restukey has for you. :deal: :peep:

...and brake caliper and mounting bracket for your sumo front. Tiny dirt calipers no beuno for a paved track and those speeds.

But I guess that really depends on what you start with.

Standard MX caliper and a big rotor are adequate. A big four piston caliper is nice though.

I think I would need training wheels!

By the way, dpasseto is always a couple of seconds a lap faster than just about anyone when we visit the Beave. He is using the stock dirt bike master and caliper with a big disc. And nothing special either, just the standard disc that is included with Warp 9 wheels. It is strong enough to get the rear light enough to induce this slide.

I put a 4 piston caliper on my DRZ because I needed all the help I can get. :ride:

They wouldn't have a problem with the "Wasp" out there. We'd tell them it was a European go-kart.
