I told Kristin your wife and kids are planning on coming and she is actually considering for us to make it into a family outing as well. However, my kids need constant entertainment so just hanging out at camp all day is a no-go. We thought we were golden as we found an amusement park less then an hour away called Idelwild but turns out they do not open until the weekend after the reunion. What can my wife and 2 small kids (ages 4 & 6) do all day while I am riding? There is some tourist stuff in the area but I haven't found anything kid oriented. Phoo, what is your plan? Anybody else know the area and have any suggestions?

Seven Springs is about an hour away-they usually have summer activities. Check their web site. There is also at least one state park, with a lake, playground?, etc close by.

Mrs DG is also more likely to come when it's not strictly a male he-man, bark at the moon type thing (which of course it is).

Grady- Add the kids to the numbers for Friday

My understanding is the campground has a big field. I think that dropping the four of them in the middle of it with some bicycles, balls, the wagon, and whatever else I can pile into the truck should work. Not to mention I'll be bringing the minibike and of course your kids are welcome to all of it.

At that age, "constant entertainment" is usually satisfied by random toys and a group of kids.

Okay, so I probably haven't put too much thought into it, but I did figure that periodically swinging by between loops for the face time would work.

I'll also be bringing my ez-up to make some shade for the wee tykes.

If you find anything concrete, let me know. But I do honestly think that the four of them can probably keep each other entertained for quite some time.
