My buddy is still planning to come for a visit and will be shipping his X-trainer here. we most likey will be trucking to the riding areas instead of dualsporting. what are your suggestions for places to ride the last week of April and the first 2 weeks of may?
The cove seems to be open but I'm not seeing many other options.
Thanks for the help.
These rides are on the DAMN calendar:
2nd Annual Stolen Pig Rally @ Hatfield McCoy Apr 27-30 2017
* Granville's Spring Camp & Ride II May 6-7 2017
* DAMN Reunion 19-21 May
Hatfield McCoy, Buffalo Mountain has lots of trails & a Motel.
If you can't do the reunion on that date Mountain Ridge is still a great place to camp & ride two days.
Granville's is a don't miss.
There is also the Delaware Enduro. Camp or get a room Saturday night, look up ECEA schedule.
And RAC is good for several days riding

I'll look into it but that's a 6 hour drive. Are the trails marked? I've never been.gots_a_sol wrote:Run down to Hatfield for a long weekend?

I am going with a group to Hatfield McCoy May 3-6. We generally go with a group of roughly 15. Most are quad riders but us dirt bikers generally go to the trail head with them then meet up later. Truly ideal riding. We may have 2 extra beds as well. If you haven't been before, you should. Let me know if interested.

I have some videos of Hatfield on the channel I created here. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKwiZV ... g-QcsGn7FA
This gives a general idea of the trails terrain. Everything is marked very well. There are paper maps at each trail head as well.

You know......Sam always has a story about being lost. Lost at H & M, lost at RAC or somewhere he was telling us last weekend. He's been lost at Jim's and BB's. I'm beginning to see a trend.
