I understand your frustration and your request for a refund. Your purchase will be refunded due to no fault on your part of the inability to print your permit. Again, we apologize and this technical issue has been addressed for future purchases.
I couldn't print my permit, they said they emailed it to me, I never got it. One to the good for MD DNR.
