Partner of the Year Award: Ken Kyler
The Partner of the Year Award was presented to Ken Kyler, NOHVCC Maryland Associate State Partner, “For organization and leadership of the Maryland OHV Alliance. His partnership with the DNR to create a state-owned OHV park, and for securing training for land managers to understand OHV management and trail design earned this award.”
