Not only is Al a great rider, mechanic and welder; he is a pretty good paramedic too. Pics to come.

Thanks again Al!

Hey, all I did was dump some anti-bacterial on it, and rush you to the hospital.

But thanks for the props, regardless.

Okay

so I won't say anything about cauterizing it with the TIG,

nor your autocross skills being demonstrated on the way to the ER.

but the above pic is what happens when you try to catch a falling bike with no rear wheel and the license plate drags across your hand.

it looks pretty good now and is healing rapidly, no doubt due to the aforementioned antiseptic being applied expeditiously. The cut on the pad was deep enough the doc was concerned with a cut tenon.

so, the ride to NC for this weekend is canceled.

Pics of the worn out rear sprocket coming next week.

Hmm. TIG cauterizing. That's something I'll have to remember.

Hope you're healing quick. See you on Friday.

Hand is doing well. Chain, sprockets, sealed bearings and other goodies should be in Thursday. Looking forward to getting the pig back on the road.

See you Friday for beers and DS Porn.

Cool! BYOB, we don't keep beer or soda on hand --- I'd drink it.
