Tracking app advice needed
What is the best app (Android), and program to track and plot trails on a piece of property? Looking to map the existing trails and create paper maps.

try Gaia. Put it on your phone, start it, put your phone in your pocket and go ride. The free version will do what you want

Gaia does work well, just don't forget to hit the "record" button at the start of the trail you want to document. You can also import/load a gpx file into Gaia as well.
