Get that kid a electric bike....had herds of them at TTC school. For the record 198 riders registered, new record. That is a boat load of gay trials pants.
Even had our 10 time national champion teach a class.

StacE (or something like that) looks to be a cheapish electric bike for very small kids.

I only have experience with the OSET bikes and I cant say enough good things about them. They make a 12 or 12.5 that is their smallest size.

StaCyc. (stands for Stability Cycle) FWIW, They were recently purchased by Harley Davidson.

There were at least 3 kids I noticed on OSETs at the TTC. 2 smaller ones and a little lady on a 20.0R riding pretty close to non-stop. I tried not to be too much of a pedo but took a close look at the boots they had as I need to buy some for my kiddo. FWIW, Most young riders had Formas though there was one Gaerne I saw. Not sure I'm willing to plunk down $200+ for boots he'll be able to use for just one year. Looking at the Wulfsports from the UK for half the price.
