If you order stuff and UPS is the delivery carrier, you may be SOL for a while!

Brown managed to loose a complete shipment of parts and gear for TRS (40k value). Just washed hands of it. Tracking shows it tagged in at KY terminal but no where to be found.
FedEX has always managed to come thru for smaller shipping where anytime Brown was involved it has been trouble.

Nothing bad to say about Brown here, always bring it to the front door and put it under porch. Fed X that’s another story, sometimes at garage doors, sometimes at the bottom of driveway (we can’t see bottom of the driveway from house) and sometimes on top of trash cans. Which means it will go into the garbage truck. Hope it doesn’t last too long, wife and kids do most of their Chistmas shopping online.

You can give special instructions to FedEX on where you would like it left....at least with FedEX Express Ground is another story...FedEx is a bit like GM in that there are all under the same parent company but each is under it's own divisional management. Don't be afraid to call the local area office for this kind of stuff. Keeping the Purple Promise...

PS: I just keep the Express PUDs on the road and have nothing to do with delivery.
