Being only 12’ wide you should have no worries about walls spreading with collar ties if held down a third or half way with a 8/12 pitch. If you insulate floor use only ridged foam, mice love anything else and you won’t be able to stand the smell. Did you price a shed?

I can build it for half the price that I can buy one. And I can buy the wood when I have the $$. Almost like making payments. :lol2:
Also, the "Amish" sheds are nice. But the materials are a little "light".

Sea containers make a secure base to start with. Lots of options what you can do and they can be had for cheap. (2) 20' units give you a 16 x 20 area. The 40' units normally can be had for less than the 20' units as they have become popular for construction storage.

I did consider containers. SWMBO said no :lol2: She has no vision :lol2:
But access is also an issue.
