And what Bruce said... took me a while but when I did a ceiling & 30” of blown in fiberglass it made sooo much difference even before doing the walls & woodstove.

Absolutely! Plus a 1/2 bath with a washer/dryer so the boss will quite b*tching at me when I wash dirty gear.

I hope so; mid Sept at the latest I guess.

Saw that house awhile back and wondered if it was yours. Looks nice. Pretty close to where I am. When you move in I will stop by and introduce myself.
